Join Tristan Boyer Binns, CIYT and ropes specialist, for a day of workshops all about learning to use the wall ropes to enhance your yoga practice. The morning is a gentle introduction suitable for Level 1 yoga students. The afternoon is more intense, so have a well-established yoga practice. No ropes experience is necessary for either workshop!
